Rise & (Sun)Shine
- 2 parts Sunshine Punch
- 2 parts Cold Brew
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled rocks glass. Stir with a cinnamon stick and garnish with an orange wheel.
The Snow Day
- 1.75 parts Sunshine Punch
- .5 parts Hazelnut Liqueur
- 4 parts hot coffee
Combine ingredients in a mug and stir carefully. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate or nutmeg
The Sundown
- 1 part Sunshine Punch
- 1 part Coffee Flavored Tequila
Shake with ice for 20 seconds. Strain and serve as a shooter.
The Sunbolt
- 2 parts Sunshine Punch
- 1 part local or preferred Vodka
- 1 part Coffee Liqueur
Shake with ice for 20 seconds. Strain and serve in an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
